Venture Campus Lecture

Learn about science-entrepreneurship

About

Founding is not a common career path for chemistry students. But we believe this needs to change.

This lecture brings students closer to the entrepreneurial ecosystem of green chemistry in Berlin and inspires them to pursue similar careers. Each semester, a science entrepreneur gives a guest lecture to “Venture Campus Seminar” students at TU Berlin which teaches them the path from student to entrepreneur, the pitfalls and opportunities of the job, and specifics of running a chemistry startup.

This term we welcome Florian Tiller (CEO & Co-Founder at Ucaneo) to share his entrepreneurial journey with us. Ucaneo is developing a pionieering biomimetic direct air capture technology.

Attending students additionally have access to potential job and collaboration opportunities.

Requirements

This lecture is open only to Master students enrolled in the Venture Campus Seminar offered by the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management chair of Technical University of Berlin.
